libapache-session-perl software package provides modules for keeping persistent user data across HTTP requests, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libapache-session-perl
libapache-session-perl is installed in your system.
